Blue: Original angle at A and construction circles

Red: New angle at B (equal to angle at A)

Green: Chord PQ (straight line segment)

Purple: Arc PQ (curved line on circle)

Step 1: Draw circle centered at A with radius r, intersecting angle sides at P and Q

Step 2: Draw circle centered at B with same radius r, intersecting ray L at P'

Step 3: Measure chord PQ (straight line from P to Q)

Step 4: Draw circle centered at P' with radius = chord PQ, intersecting circle at B to get Q'

Result: Ray BQ' creates an angle equal to the angle at A
